Packaging Process
Preparation
- Thread the stretch film manually.
- Open the electrical control box, switch on the air circuit breaker, then close the box.
- Adjust parameters including top layer cycles, bottom layer cycles and reciprocating times on the control panel according to goods, then press the start button.
Operation
- Move goods to the wrapping position with a pressure trolley, and attach the stretch film to the pallet manually.
- Start the machine. The swing arm rotates around goods while the film feeding motor delivers film to complete wrapping.
- After wrapping, the swing arm returns to the origin. Cut the film manually and transport the finished goods away. One working cycle is completed, and the operation can be repeated continuously.
